We empower women who are looking to lose 50lbs or more of emotional and physical weight do so in a natural, healthy way through nutrition, exercise and a positive mindset. We guide them to overcome the hopelessness that comes from being overweight both emotionally and physically and support them in taking the first steps towards becoming healthy in order to live happier, healthier more fulfilling lives.
I’ve been there.
I know what its like to be overweight. I know the feeling of hopelessness and not knowing where to start. After having been there and experiencing both the emotional and physical turmoil of being overweight, it is my passion to be the guiding light that leads other women out of the darkness and empower them so they too can lead their happiest, healthiest most fulfilling life.
